I created this website using Microsoft FrontPage 2002. I started with a template and built on it. From the time I had the idea of what I wanted to accomplish to the day I launched the site took three weeks and $125!
The three weeks is a little misleading and perhaps I should have said approximately 90 hours. I worked on the site two to three hours each evening, all day for three Saturdays and about four or five hours on Sunday afternoons. At the end of three weeks I had thirty (30) pages and felt it was enough of a start to go ahead and launch the site.
