Divorce for Dawson’s Creek Star James Van Der Beek

James Van Der Beek has filed for divorce.
The former Dawson’s Creek star split from actress Heather McComb earlier this year and has now started legal proceedings to officially end their six-year marriage. The papers were filed at a Los Angeles court and James cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their break-up.
The pair tied the knot in Malibu in 2003, six months after the sixth and final season of Dawson’s Creek aired. James’ co-stars Michelle Williams and Busy Phillips attended the intimate ceremony.
Friends suspected a divorce was brewing when the couple sold their $2.5 million home in Studio City, California, in March. They put the mansion - which features 180-degree canyon, mountain and city views, and a luxurious mist cooling system - on the market.
Since they tied the knot, James - who played Dawson Leery in the teen drama - has guest starred in How I Met Your Mother, One Tree Hill, Ugly Betty and Medium.
Heather has appeared in Prison Break, Crossing Jordan and CSI: NY.

Hit TV show, Desperate Housewives is affecting Eva Longoria Parker’s sex life!
The actress admits she and husband Tony Parker can only get steamy between the sheets at weekends because of her filming schedule in Hollywood and his commitments to his basketball team the San Antonio Spurs, who are based in Texas.
“I work three to four days per week. And then I fly to Texas to spend a long weekend with Tony. So we only have sex during the weekend.”
Eva and Tony’s lovemaking time is further reduced by her interests away from the show. The 34-year-old actress has set up her own production company and owns a Hollywood restaurant Beso, which serves Mexican food, and admits she hates not being busy.
“I can never sit still and must always be doing something. I founded my own production company. We have already developed three TV shows and are currently working on two film projects. At the same time Tony and I are building a house in San Antonio and this takes a very long time. Luckily, I inherited my mother’s multi-tasking gene. But you have to set priorities!”

‘I’m not going to lie - I’m not one of those people that says, “Oh, I eat hamburgers.’ I eat salad. And I start off every day with a double espresso. Then I get on the running machine and I run like a bat out of hell,” divulged the singer-turned-fashion designer.
Quick to quell any hopes that we can still somehow eat hamburgers and get to a size 2, Posh Spice also squashed any rumors regarding fissures in her marriage to international soccer star David Beckham. When asked whether she prefers sleep to sex, Victoria was quick with the humor: “I’m getting into bed with David Beckham every night, so, you know, there’d be something wrong if I said, ‘sleep.’”
Speaking of good sports, she also doesn’t mind if you call her by her former stage name! “I’m so respectful of the Spice Girls, and I love all the girls dearly, but it’s nice now that people know my name. But either is a compliment. I mean, I’ve been called a lot worse.”

Pam Anderson Talks to Sons About Sex Tape

It was merely a matter of time. In light of the 2006 comedy Borat, Pamela Anderson was forced to fill in her sons about her infamous sex tape, considering it was referenced in the film.
“I knew kids were going to watch the film and there was a reference to the tape in the movie and they’re that age and, you know, people are going start saying things. I just said, ‘Look, Mommy and Daddy were massively in love, we videotaped everything, everything was videotaped, and you’re probably going hear about something at school.”
Smart move on Pam’s part for nipping these things in the butt; you know, especially before they start using that Google thing.
I’m quite surprised that her sons—Brandon, 12, and Dylan, 11—haven’t already been tormented over the fact that their mother is a milf, let alone the fact that the image of her in a red bathing suit is one of the most iconic in pop culture!

Nicole Richie is back in the hospital, and it has nothing to do with maternity.
The reality TV star was recently admitted after a string of days feeling under the weather. “Nicole has checked into Cedars-Sinai where she is being treated for pneumonia. She is doing well,” Nicole’s rep said.
Over the weekend, the mother of two had spoken about not feeling well. She wrote on her Twitter page: “ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.”
Earlier this week, Nicole was granted a restraining order against two paparazzi who she claims caused her recent car accident. The 28-year-old socialite appeared in court to testify how the two male photographers, Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Miguel, had been hounding her constantly. The judge ruled the two men are to stay 50 yards away from Nicole and her two children for the next three years.

Latin pop sensation Shakira claims that she could belly dance from birth.
The “She Wolf” singer is famed for her hip-swivelling abilities and believes it isn’t something she ever had to learn, even though she did have lessons as a child.
The Columbian beauty said, “For me, it was, and is, more of a natural thing. It’s something that was practically given to me at birth, and for which I never had to train myself. These movements, they are inside me and I can call them back whenever I need them.”
Shakira realizes she is a sex symbol to men all over the world but insists she is “flattered” that guys find her attractive because she has never believed she is a beautiful woman: “I must confess that I feel very flattered - because I never have felt particularly sexy. Anybody who shows me like this is promoting my feminine vanity.”
But Shakira - who appears virtually naked in the video for “She Wolf” - admits it’s not easy looking as good as she does, and she has to stick to a rigorous training regime to stay slim and sexy:
“I trained really hard for the “She Wolf” video - almost a month. I wanted to look good and didn’t want to shame myself. There was no muscle in my body that did not hurt. I was in pain for days, simply because I’d gone too far.”

“I’ve never seen it and nor will I ever.” That’s what Miley Cyrus recently declared about the Twilight series of films.
Although it would seem perfectly natural for this 16-year-old to be obsessed with the Stephenie Meyer’s books, the Last Song actress is apparently much cooler than most girls her age. During a recent interview with an Ohio radio station, Cyrus said there is nothing about the vampire storyline appeals to her.
“It’s a cult. I don’t believe in it,” Miley said. “I don’t believe in it. I don’t like vampires. I don’t like any of the stuff. I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.”

The LAPD responded to a call of “drunk people arguing” early Wednesday morning, a domestic dispute between Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt.
One eyewitness reported to TMZ that Hilton was screaming “Don’t go, don’t go!” as Reinhardt was getting into his car. The unnamed source further reports that the two then began “shoving each other.”
Police officers who arrived said they spoke to Paris and then left the scene.
