David Archuleta’s Father Busted for Solicitation

Even though David Archuleta is days away from the start of his tour with Demi Lovato, another family member is stealing some of his spotlight.
It’s just been revealed that Jeff Archuleta, best known as the stage dad of American Idol 7, was caught in an uncompromising position earlier this year. On January 14, the 41-year-old was cited for solicitation after seeking therapeutic services at a so-called massage parlor.
Read More According to the officials in Midvale, UT, Jeff was present at the Queens of Reiki during a police bust. Although Archuleta’s lawyer claimed his client was there to get legitimate back treatment, Sgt. John Salazar said Jeff admitted to being there for “sexual gratification purposes.” The employee in question was also wearing nothing more than underwear. Jeff has since pleaded no contest and paid a $582 fine.
