Jessica Simpson vs. Carrie Underwood
In a recent interview, famous American Idol Carrie Underwood stated that ex-boyfriend Tony Romo still calls her up from time to time. “The phone will ring and it’ll be him, and I’ll maybe not answer,” Underwood stated.
After Romo and Underwood split in 2006, the Cowboy moved on to once-pop princess-now country gal Jessica Simpson, who took a fashion dig at Underwood by wearing a T that stated “Real Girls Eat Meat.” Now, the cattiness continues.
In response to Underwood’s statement that Romo still calls her, Simpson stated that she “looked at his call log,” and that Underwood’s words are untrue.
Whoa. While many suspicious girlfriends keep tabs of phone calls made to and by their men, it’s not the kind of thing you want to get caught doing - and it’s not the kind of thing you want to admit to the press, either. Looks like Jess is keeping tight tabs on her man - and she doesn’t care who knows it.

Tony why are you dating this idiot. You were the golden boy of the Cowboys. Now you are the laughing stock. Youv’e gone completely downhill as a person since November when you hooked up with Romessica. You made a huge mistake letting Carrie get away last June so you could “focus on football” and then two wks later you are taking Crystal out. The grass is not always greener on the other side. You start chatting Carrie up again this past Fall when Crystal went back to school and then you head of with Romessica. You are as big of an idiot as she is. And then you have the nerve to try and hook up with Carrie again in May when you and Jessica are split. Ha Ha You didnt actually think she would want your playa a*ss. Im glad she rejected you. You need to learn how to treat women. So now you are stuck with Romessica who has ruined you. You could do better by dumping her and remaining single.
Jessica is the Liar. Tony was calling her in MAY and MAY is when Carrie said that. Jess knows it was said in MAY and didnt come out til now in the mag. She is trying to make Carrie look bad. She’s just pissed because her BF went running back to his ex when they hit a rough spot. Now everyone knows about it and she’s embarrassed. So all she can do is call Carrie a liar on the radio. She needs to get a life and some talent. Carrie didn’t want him! He went crawling back to Jess, his second choice.
I agree !!!she was a pop singer her fans started hating her b/c of the b-up w nick!! and her music got boring Now she moves over to country music as if we want her to be called a country singer. Jess get a life do u knw how ridiculious you sound checking tonys phone plzzzz just goes to show you must not be trustin your man. Get a grip get a life jess b/c Carrie underwood is country’s sweatheart and you will never be able to top that!!!

I think both Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood are great people, but a rivalry? Come on! I read on Perez Hilton the other day that someone accidentally thought Jessica Simpson was Carrie Underwood, haha, that would be pretty embarrassing, but Jessica Simpson hasn’t really done much in 2008 with her career so far.
