Mel Gibson’s Wife Files for Divorce
Maybe Mel Gibson and Britney Spears will have now have something new to bond over.
After 28 years of marriage, the Mad Max star’s wife, Robyn Moore, has filed for divorce. The papers were signed on April 9, just before the Easter weekend. According to People sources, Mel was overheard yesterday announcing the news to several parishioners of the church he had built.
Although Robyn had been seen with Gibson recently (she reportedly joined him for Palm Sunday services last weekend), friends say the two have actually been separated for three years. The 53-year-old’s infamous DUI arrest also happened three years ago on July 28.
TMZ claims the two were married without a prenuptial agreement. If that is the case, Robyn, 53, could receive 1/2 of their community property under California state law. As of 2006, her husband was reportedly worth $900 million.
Moore - whose attorney, Laura Wasser, assisted Britney Spears with her divorce - is currently seeking joint physical and legal custody of their 9-year-old son, Thomas. (They also have six other children who are no longer minors.) She is also requesting spousal support and legal fees.

Mel Gibson should watch out for Laura Wasser! She has her ways to certain judges, and that is why she always wins! She meets them in chambers privately before the hearings. It is a family Routine , they bribe judges. One of them is Elizabeth Feffer. Laura Wasser even appointed Elizabeth Feffer in her Court Biography : Laura Wasser about Feffer: “She really does control her calendar well. She does thinks that in my opinion preserve judicial economy and also keep you from having to make appearances”. Sure, Laura Wasser wins every case in front of Elizabeth Feffer, Feffer lets her draft the court order and they steal babies in few minutes from parents without any evidence. No need to appear again. They are team and there might be few more other judges on the list. The last child they stole was from Elena Eustache by Naveen Andrews, who had to pay big check to do Laura Wasser her laundry tricks. Wasser also uses investigator Gavin De Becker , since Pellicano is not available , after her dad Dennis Wasser was investigated by FBI.If you feel like your privacy is being in stake by Wasser and you don’t understand what happend in the court , this is why!.And they might order you silence in the court too . She has ways to manipulate the judges.Feffer just order Elena Eustache silence for 15 years after she and Wasser did a great job stealing the child after big paycheck by actor Naveen Andrews and Barbara Hershey. Isn’t Hollywood wonderful. I think the FBI should check into this Mafia court system, it is about time!Mel watch out!

How do you know about the 15 year gag order on Elena? I thought there was to be another hearing a month later to determine permanent custody after Elena had been evaluated by a psychiatrist? Do you know the outcome of that hearing? Does Elena get any visitation with her son now?

I found your comments distressing, and did a bit of research, finding this web site that was particularly enlighteling:

Now exactly why would Naveen Andrews consider it necessary to hire the American expert on celebrity stalkers, and why would the court appoint this expert to be the visitation monitor for Elena Eustache’s visits with her son?
I think there is a lot more going on than you are alluding to in your post, and none of it looks good on the baby’s moher.

Lesley-Dee Dylan you seem like a voice of reason. How did you find out about the hiring of the stawker expert and the court ruling of visitation monitoring of Elena Eustache? WAS there a final hearing? Does it have something to do with Elena’s former profession?

I have no access to information on this case, other than what I read on the web.
As for the court-appointed monitor, Gavin de Becker, that information came from a post from a “Don Sutherland” at this web site:

The grammatical structure of the message is suspicious, since the broken English matches the post above under the name of David Swartz and the message was posted 21 minutes later on the same date. I would not expect tbroken English from someone with a name like “Don Sutherland.”
Four hours later, on the same date, someone posting as “family friend” also mentions the court gag order, again in broken English. This post is more of a rant.

All my information on the gag order comes from these three posts, although it is sensible and reasonable for any family court judge to order a gag order until the child’s 18th birthday in a controversial case where the information could be harmful to the child. Joshua Andrews will be starting kindergarten soon, and making public information about the custody battle could be used against the child by schoolyard tormentors.
As for any rumoured “former occupation” of Elena Eustache (and I have heard the rumours), let’s not discuss that in public for the sake of the child.

Thank you for the websites, and I completely agree with you. The broken english and the rants ARE blatently suspicious,
And I thoroughly agree with your last paragraph.
