Miley Cyrus: 2009’s Worst Celebrity Influence
Maybe abandoning Twitter was the best thing Miley Cyrus could have done.
In a recent poll conducted by Just So You Know, the 16-year-old superstar was crowned the “Worst Celeb Influence” of 2009. Miley’s “win” comes after another long year of controversy. When she wasn’t offending Asians, she was either dating a 20-year-old or pole dancing on national television.
Read More Followers of the website - which is directed at kids between ages 9 and 15 - voted Cyrus to the top spot by a whopping 42%. Rounding out the Top 5 were Britney Spears (27%), Kanye West (19%), Vanessa Hudgens (9%) and Shia LaBeouf (3%). On the flip side, those considered to be the “Best Celeb Influence” were Selena Gomez (30%), Taylor Swift (28%), Nick Jonas (17%), Emma Watson (13%) and Justin Bieber (12%).
