Paula Abdul Dissed By MTV
Paula Abdul had been mostly relegated to VH1 by the time I was old enough to start watching music videos, but I’ll never, ever forget the number she did with the rapping, cartoon alley cat. Talk about a horrible musical moment.
Abdul has recently made the attempt to resurrect her oh-so-yesterday musical career through collaboration with Randy Jackson. The new music video for her single debuted on American Idol (and can be viewed by you after the jump), but according to reports it might not be seen anywhere else.
Read More MTV will not play the video for “Dance (Like There’s No Tomorrow).” One source at MTV made it clear to MSNBC: “There are currently no plans to play the video.” Maybe you’re wondering why. If that’s the case, you haven’t seen the video. And don’t worry, Paula - we’ll always have VH1.
