VIDEO: Corey Feldman Says Divorce Was Not His Fault

If you’re anything like me, you were convinced Corey Feldman must have done something to make his wife file for divorce. Was it ihs Michael Jackson wardrobe? Was it his singing? Did he simply love Corey Haim more than he loved her?

Whatever the reason—it had to be his fault, right? I mean, why else would Susie Feldman ask for full custody of their son?

Well, according to the 80s star himself, I am apparently quite wrong. During an interview with Good Day LA, the actor said he had nothing to do with the end of their marriage.

“I can say that I’m very hurt by what’s happening right now. Um, it’s a very emotional time for me. And I can tell you that, um, I played no part in the demise of the relationship…and she will also attest to that,” Feldman claimed. “And, um, at this point, we’re hoping to resolve things amicably…and I want to do what’s best for the welfare of my child, and that’s what’s important.”

So who am I supposed to prematurely blame now? Well, I guess Susie could be at fault. I mean—anyone who was willing to put up with both Coreys for that long has got to be crazy.
