Although it’s been almost a month since he was detained at LAX, does not appear he’s about to get past that incident anytime soon.

Back on September 11 (a horrible date for any airport arrest), the musician and his road manager were both arrested for damaging a photographer’s equipment. Although West has since been cleared of a felony charge (he only destroyed a relatively inexpensive lighting component), he could still be slapped with a misdemeanor. (It’s unclear what charges his partner-in-crime might still be dealing with.)

Needless to say, Kanye wasn’t entirely thrilled about being questioned recently by another paparazzo:

O.J. Simpson found guiltyExactly thirteen years after being acquitted of murder, heard the word “Guilty” twelve times over.

Late last night, the 61-year-old football star and his co-defendant, Clarence Stewart, were convicted for their involvement in a 2007 incident. Simpson, with the help of several armed men, robbed two sports-memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room. The Hall of Famer - who claimed he didn’t know guns were involved - claimed he was simply trying to reclaim what was his.

After thirteen hours of deliberation, the Nevada jurors found Simpson guilty on 12 counts including kidnapping and armed robbery. He could expect to receive anywhere between five years to life in prison at the December 5 sentencing.

Helio CastronevesUPDATE: Castroneves pleaded not guilty today and was released on $10 million bail.

Have we learned nothing from Richard Hatch and Wesley Snipes?

, the former winner of Dancing with the Stars, was indicted today for federal tax evasion. According to the indictment obtained in Miami, the 33-year-old underpaid the government between 1999-2004.

Helio, along with along with his sister (Katiucia Castroneves) and lawyer, are currently being accused of hiding over $5 million of the race car driver’s earnings. The trio allegedly tried “to conceal and disguise the true and correct amount” by using an offshore Panamanian shell corporation. Each defendant faces charges of conspiracy “for the purpose of impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful government functions of the Internal Revenue Service.”

According to the Miami Herald, all three are expected to appear in federal court tomorrow morning. Convictions on all counts could equate to approximately 30 years in prison per person.

Heather Locklear mugshotThree months after seeking treatment for anxiety and depression, actress Heather Locklear was arrested for a DUI. The 47-year-old was detained by the California Highway Patrol on Friday after a witness called 911.

Locklear, who was originally spotted driving erratically in a parking lot, was later seen parked on the side of the highway. According to the police report, “The citizen became concerned when Ms. Locklear exited her vehicle and stumbled into the traffic lane.”

This incident happened almost exactly 6 months after Heather’s ex-husband, Richie Sambora, was pulled over for drunk driving.

Although alcohol was not a factor in Locklear’s case, it’s believed the disoriented star had been under the influence of prescription medication at the time. Heather was later booked at the Santa Barbara CHP office where she eventually posted $5000 bail.

UPDATE: Kanye may now be charged with a misdemeanor instead of a felony.

I’ve always heard that knew how to put on a show, and now we have the video to prove it.

The musician and a road manager were arrested this morning after an incident earlier this morning at LAX. According to TMZ, West (in a grey hoodie) for some reason became angry when he saw a still photographer trying to do what he does. Instead of brushing him off, West reached the pap’s $10,000 camera and eventually smashed it into the ground.

When Kanye’s road manager (Don Crowley) realized that another photographer was rolling on the scuffle, he then grabbed that videographer’s camera and broke it too.

Craig Robinson mugshotUPDATE: Robinson has reportedly entered a “tentative guilty plea” in court. This will allow him 18 months to complete a drug counseling program.

Believe it or not, a Hollywood-related arrest can go unnoticed for quite some time.

According to TMZ, Craig Robinson, one of the star’s of , was pulled over back in June after committing a traffic violation. After searching the vehicle, the actor was subsequently arrested for drug possession.

Robinson, who also plays Darryl in , has since been charged by the L.A County D.A.’s office for possession of meth and ecstasy and being under the influence of cocaine, amphetamines and cannabinoids.

Coincidentally, this news comes shortly after Shelley Malil, an actor who starred in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, was arrested for stabbing his girlfriend. Should we now start blaming these two incidents on the Curse of Steve Carell?

John McCain

For a man who seems to shun celebrity, certainly has been in the media a lot lately - and little of the coverage has to do with his policy or his plans for the country. The republican will now get more attention for a wholly different reason…he’s being sued.

McCain’s political strategy, thus far, has been to undermine presidential competitor by calling him that dirtiest of all words - a celebrity. In the ads, McCain shows clips of Obama with his adoring public while the Jackson Browne hit “Running on Empty” plays in the background. Here’s the problem: McCain never got permission to use the song.

Ed McMahon’s foreclosure troubles are finally coming to a close - and not in the way any of us expected. Christian Bale won't be charged for family assault After nearly living a month with the heavy shadow of family assault allegations over his head, Christian Bale and his fans can sleep a little better tonight—police authorities have announced that they will not be charging him.

In a statement released earlier today, Crown Prosecution Service said,

“We can today confirm that we have advised the Metropolitan Police Service that the actor Christian Bale should not face any charges. [There was] insufficient evident to afford a realistic prospect of conviction… the police have been advised that no further action should be taken against Mr. Bale.”

This serves plenty of vindication for The Dark Knight star, who has denied the allegations from the very beginning. We knew that Batman would never hurt his mom!

John Lennon

It was nearly three decades ago when legendary songwriter/singer/musician was gunned down in front of his apartment building in New York City. This week, Lennon’s killer was denied parole for the fifth time.

The parole request was denied this time, as it has been denied in the past, “due to concern for the public safety and welfare.” Lennon’s killer was sentenced to twenty years to life by the state of New York. The took place on December 8, 1980.

Lennon’s killer will not be named in this article, per the request of former Beatle (and Lennon’s songwriting partner) and Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono. When John Lennon was shot and killed, the two asked in a joint statement that the killer’s name never be repeated or printed. To do so would only give him the notoriety which he sought.
