Liberty Ross is no longer upset with Kristen Stewart over her fling with Rupert Sanders. The 34-year-old model and actress was devastated when her husband cheated on her with the 22-year-old actress but after filing for divorce she has decided to put the whole thing behind her.
"The good thing about Liberty is that she's not upset anymore. She's had time to get over the initial shock and awe of it when it was exposed last year and the divorce was the nail in the coffin. That girl's extremely mature. She's handled all this public tragedy in her life with grace and humility for the sake of her children. I toast to her," an insider said.
Liberty's main priorities at the moment are her children, Sykla, seven, and Tennyson, five, and she is trying to get along with Rupert for their sake. "All she cares about right now are her children and her future. She's spoken to Rupert by phone and the conversations were all business - trying to discuss the arrangements for the children," the source added.

Chris Brown and Frank Ocean were allegedly involved in a fight last night.
Sources close to the "Turn Up The Music" hitmaker claim Frank started the dispute when he blocked the 23-year-old singer from leaving th Westlake Recording Studios in Los Angeles, where he was listening to one of the artists he represents, TMZ has reported. Insiders told the gossip website that Frank said, "This is my studio, this is my parking spot."
Chris is said to have attempted to shake Frank's hand, but sources close to the "Beautiful People" singer claim one of Frank's associates attacked Chris. One of Chris' friends is then said to have hit Frank's friend in retaliation before Chris then pushed Frank away as he approached him and the pair started fighting.

Joan Rivers has blasted Lady Gaga.
The TV personality has responded to Gaga's claims that E! show Fashion Police - in which she and Kelly Osbourne co-star - "breeds negativity" and says the "Born This Way" singer is merely trying to get attention.
"Anyone that would wear a pastrami dress or sit in an egg should know about humor. She knows exactly what's she's doing. She's not selling. We haven't been talking about her until now. It's time to start laughing. We've been doing this for fifty years. Tell Lady Gaga to worry about the maggots in her brain from the meat dress! But I told Kelly that it's all good because it means Lady Gaga watches Fashion Police!" Joan told Page Six.

Gabriel Aubry Won’t Be Charged for Martinez Fight

The dust is finally settling around the Thanksgiving fight involving Halle Berry's former and ex lovers, Olivier Martinez and Gabriel Aubry, respectively. Aubry, who is the father of Halle's four year-old daughter Nahla, has been told by the Los Angeles Police Department that he will not be charged for the assault, despite their investigative conclusion that he instigated the brawl.
Berry and Martinez have decided not to pursue criminal charges against Aubry in order to protect Nahla. Aubry is expected to attend an informal meeting with the LAPD to discuss the incident.
A source close to the situation believes that Aubry will most likely agree to taking anger management classes. "It seems he's still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle," the insider said.
Martinez and Berry were last spotted attending a boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas.

Rihanna has forgiven Chris Brown for enjoying a night out in Paris with his ex-girlfriend.
The "Diamonds" singer - who recently rekindled her on-again/off-again romance with the 23-year-old R&B star despite him still being on supervised probation for beating her in 2009 - was said to be livid that he was spotted out on the town with his model ex Karrueche Tran in the French capital on Friday night after his concert. "She can't get it into her head that Chris will never change. She's given him so many chances since he beat her up in 2009 and he still keeps hurting her by partying with girls. Letting Karrueche meet him is yet another blow for Rihanna that will further disgust her fans. They are already raging that she is back with him," a source said.

Police: Gabriel Aubry Started the Fight

Police reports claim Gabriel Aubry instigated his fight with Olivier Martinez.
The model is unlikely to face charges over last week's brawl with the French actor - which occurred when he took his four-year-old daughter Nahla back to the home she shares with mother Halle Berry and her current partner - but documents appear to show he was at fault for the physical row.
According to documents obtained by website TMZ, after interviewing Gabirel, Halle and Olivier, the investigating officer concluded, "Suspect [Gabriel] arrived at victim's [Olivier] residence for child custody exchange. Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation. Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim's head but missed and struck victim's right shoulder instead. Victim returned with three punches to the suspect's head, causing him to fall to the ground. Victim's fiancee notified police. Victim defended himself and punched the suspect."

Gabriel Aubry wants criminal charges brought against Olivier Martinez.
The Canadian model - the father of Halle Berry's four-year-old child Nahla - was involved in a vicious altercation with the French actor, who is engaged to the brunette actress, on Thanksgiving when he was dropping his daughter back to her mother's house - but he claims to have done "absolutely nothing" to "provoke" Olivier.
"Gabe wants criminal charges brought against Olivier for beating the living daylights out of him on Thanksgiving. Gabe can't believe that he was the one arrested when he says he did absolutely nothing to provoke the attack. If you look at the pictures of Gabe's hands after the fight, there isn't one scratch, nor did he suffer any wounds to his hands, as Olivier did. Gabe says he was rendered defenseless because he was knocked to the ground by Olivier's punches. Remember, Olivier's father was a former professional boxer and he has trained for years also," a source close to the situation said.

The temporary emergency protection order against Gabriel Aubry has been lifted.
The Canadian model was banned from seeing his four-year-old daughter Nahla following a brawl on Thanksgiving with Nahla's mother Halle Berry's boyfriend Olivier Martinez, but a judge ruled on Tuesday to remove the court order.
According to RadarOnline, "[Gabriel] will be allowed to resume visitation with Nahla, with unspecified precautions in place to protect her safety." The ruling comes after it was revealed Gabriel is seeking a restraining order against Olivier, preventing him from having any contact with Nahla.
"Gabe will ask the judge to prohibit Martinez from having any contact with Nahla. Gabe believes that the judge will be disturbed by the fact that Olivier suddenly inserted himself into the custody hand off on Thursday. Halle's nanny/housekeeper is supposed to be the go-between for the parents when Gabe picks up and drops off Nahla," a source said.

Disturbing images of Gabriel Aubry following his fight with ex Halle Berry's boyfriend Olivier Martinez have been released.
The 36 year-old model is seen with an extremely swollen black eye and several lacerations on his face. He was also treated for broken ribs and a swollen face following the fight on Thanksgiving. His hands were also photographed by the police to prove that he was not involved in the fight, as his lawyers are set to accuse Martinez of prompting the brawl.
Aubry is now claiming that Martinez threatened to kill him, and sought and acquired a restraining order against the restaurateur. He is also seeking to have the emergency protective order Halle filed against him for her and their daughter lifted.

Things are getting more heated in Halle Berry's custody battle over daughter Nahla with her ex, Gabriel Aubry.
After receiving a temporary protective order against Aubry after his Thanksgiving brawl with Berry's current boyfriend Olivier Martinez, the 46 year-old actress is now looking to make the order permanent. The emergency order will be lifted on Tuesday, but if the Cloud Atlas star acquires a more lasting protective order against Aubry, he may not see his 4 year-old daughter for an undetermined amount of time.
"If Gabriel can't control himself enough to protect Nahla from emotional trauma, it's too risky for him to be around the child, Halle, or her fiance," a source said.
The incident comes shortly after Berry lost her fight in court to Aubry - who lives and works in Los Angeles - over the ability to move Nahla to Martinez's native France.
