While prepping for a January interview with Access Hollywood, cameras caught an awkward scene between and one of her children. Despite several pleas from daughter Mady (seated on screen to the right of Kate) for something to drink, her mother completely blows her off.

Later, the star realizes water might be a good thing after all - for herself. Watch as she requests a bottle from a crew member…and then doesn’t bother to share it. This prompts the young girl to sum the cold move up nicely. “You’re really, really mean. You drank right in front of my face.”

Kara DioGuardi Outs Lambert, Adam Disses Aiken

Given all the recent talk about American Idol‘s Adam Lambert, you would have thought the Season 8 runner-up was actually the winner. Maybe these two new tidbits will now put some of the chatter to rest.

Is Adam Lambert gay?

Even though it was believed the 27-year-old might soon reveal that answer to Rolling Stone magazine, someone else may have already done the work for him. On today’s episode of The View, judge Kara DioGuardi said Lambert’s sexuality has never been a mystery.

“I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet]. You know, I think he was always openly out.” Kara told the co-hosts. When Barbara Walters questioned that statement, Kara added: “From what I’ve seen on the various forms of things, I do. I never thought he wasn’t.”

For the first time since the twins news was revealed, actress is talking about being a mother again. In an interview with Billy Bush, the Sex and the City star also expressed concern for the welfare of the surrogate mother and addressed rumors about her marriage.

Although she’s already a mother to a 6-year-old son, Parker said they turned to surrogacy after exploring other options. “It would be a complicated – it would be odd to have made this choice if I was able to, you know, have successful pregnancies since my son’s birth,” she explained.

Family Emergency Forces Usher Cancellation

Usher and Tameka FosterUPDATE: Tameka reportedly went into cardiac and respiratory arrest during a liposuction procedure.

An unexpected matter forced singer Usher to cancel a performance over the weekend. But unlike in the Rihanna/Chris Brown situation, this issue was not police related.

The 30-year-old had been slated to sing at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party on Saturday evening. But after calls from both and his mother, the record mogul was forced to deliver the bad news: the performance was going to be scrapped due to a “serious illness in the family.”

According to Access Hollywood, Usher’s wife, Tameka Foster, experienced complications after undergoing a plastic surgery procedure in Brazil. Although it’s not known which specific treatment the 37-year-old was supposedly seeking, Foster gave birth to their second child together back in December. Access claimed that a neurosurgeon from LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center was being flown to the South American country to assist.

It has been rumored that Foster will appear on the second season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Jennifer Garner Finally Confirms Pregnancy

After months of using props to hide her belly, finally confirmed that she is once again pregnant.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the former Alias star said that she is looking forward to the latest addition.  “It’s all good, it’s great. I’m really excited.”

So what did Garner, 36, think about all the buzz surrounding her growing stomach? “It always makes me laugh when people say ‘Is she?’ ‘Isn’t she?’ It’s like eventually you will know, so just chill out for a minute,” she said.

This will be the second child for Jennifer and 36-year-old . Their always smiling daughter, Violet, will turn three this December.

Angelina Jolie Confirms She’s Having Twins

Angelina Jolie and daughtersWhat has long been rumored was just recently confirmed by the expectant mother herself. is indeed having twins.

While speaking to Access Hollywood, the actress revealed she and will be adding two more children to their brood. Jolie made the announcement after her Kung Fu Panda co-star, Jack Black, apparently let it slip.

The two newest will bring the Jolie-Pitt number to six. The couple already have one daughter together, Shiloh (born in Namibia), and three adopted children: Zahara (Ethiopia), Maddox (Cambodia), and Pax (Vietnam). It’s believed Angelina will giving birth to her twins in France.
