Brad Splits From Angelina?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly visited divorce lawyers to help them separate.
The pair - who aren’t married, but have been dating since 2004 and raise six children together - are believed to have signed legal documents earlier this month with the plan to split up in the near future. The legal document will reportedly see their $330 million fortune halved in two, while the pair will have joint custody of their kids.
A source told the News of the World newspaper, “The document was signed in early January. Both Brad and Angelina had signed it. The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple’s split. It seemed clear they want the world to know they’ll both play a part in the upbringing of the children. But Angelina will actually be the one who lives with them full-time.”
Brad and Angelina have three adopted children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, and Zahara, five, as well as three biological kids, Shiloh, three and 17-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne. It is believed the pair visited a top Los Angeles law firm in December last year, and have since hired a lawyer specialising in celebrity divorces. While an official separation date has not been confirmed, it has been claimed the couple plan to announce their split soon.

According to sources close to former reality star Bob Guiney and wife Rebecca Budig, the married couple of over five years have reportedly split.
Guiney first met the All My Children actress in early 2003 when she hosted a Bachelor recap special. (Bob was one of the men turned down by Bachelorette Trista Rehn.) They then started dating in late 2003, shortly after Bob and Estella Gardinier - the woman he chose during his Bachelor stint - officially broke up.

Finally, Gosselin Divorce Final

TMZ is reporting that Jon and Kate have finally severed the ties that bound them. Despite previously conflicting reports from the lawyers involved, it seems the divorce is finally final.
According to Kate’s legal counsel, she will “continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home.”
“I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children,” said Kate Gosselin.

Gosselin Lawyers Offer Conflicting Reports

Despite claims from Jon Gosselin’s attorney, legal counsel for Kate says the divorce will be finalized “today or tomorrow.” Mark Momjian, who represents Kate Gosselin, said “it could be any minute.”
Recently, Jon’s lawyer Mark Heller said the couple’s split wouldn’t be finished until after the new year. Momjian said he doesn’t know “what Mr. Heller is talking about - he’s mistaken.”
In other court proceedings, Jon Gosselin was recently ordered to stop bringing guns into the Pennsylvania home shared by the couple.
Mark Heller continues to maintain his claims that the couple will not complete the divorce proceedings until 2010. He even told Entertainment Tonight that Jon and Kate plan to spend Christmas together.

Amy Winehouse to Wed Blake Again

On what may be a result of more drug abuse, Amy Winehouse has asked her ex-husband to marry her again.
The “Back To Black” singer reportedly told Blake Fielder-Civil she was planning to wear her engagement ring again and the reconciled couple are now planning a wedding for three months time.
“We both know we’ve only ever been divorced on paper. This is the right thing to do. We’ve been talking on the phone five or six times a day. On Friday she told me she was going to put the engagement ring on. It’s the engagement ring I gave Amy the first time. I think it cost $3,000 from Tiffany. We’d changed our status to married on Facebook a couple of weeks back but that was more of a laugh. This is the real deal. She told me she wanted to get married again. I feel so happy,” Blake reportedly told a friend.
The wedding plans are currently on hold as under the terms of his prison release, Blake - who was jailed for attempting to pervert the course of justice and grievous bodily harm - is unable to return to London until February and is currently receiving treatment at a rehabilitation clinic in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England.

Divorce for Dawson’s Creek Star James Van Der Beek

James Van Der Beek has filed for divorce.
The former Dawson’s Creek star split from actress Heather McComb earlier this year and has now started legal proceedings to officially end their six-year marriage. The papers were filed at a Los Angeles court and James cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their break-up.
The pair tied the knot in Malibu in 2003, six months after the sixth and final season of Dawson’s Creek aired. James’ co-stars Michelle Williams and Busy Phillips attended the intimate ceremony.
Friends suspected a divorce was brewing when the couple sold their $2.5 million home in Studio City, California, in March. They put the mansion - which features 180-degree canyon, mountain and city views, and a luxurious mist cooling system - on the market.
Since they tied the knot, James - who played Dawson Leery in the teen drama - has guest starred in How I Met Your Mother, One Tree Hill, Ugly Betty and Medium.
Heather has appeared in Prison Break, Crossing Jordan and CSI: NY.

Susie and Corey Feldman Split

Susie Feldman has filed for divorce from husband Corey, both known more recently for their work on The Two Coreys (2007-2008). That reality series also co-starred Corey Haim.
Together, Corey Haim and Corey Feldman became the “It” boys of the 80s, both exploding on the scene after their work in The Lost Boys.
In addition to ending her seven-year marriage to Feldman, Susie’s also seeking full custody of their son Zen, 5. Susie cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Alleged Rapist Returned to Katie Price

Katie Price‘s rapist asked her to perform another sex act just months after he sexually assaulted her.
The glamour model, who claims that she was raped by a “famous celebrity” in London’s West End several years ago, burst into tears when her attacker approached her at a party and demanded oral sex.
The 31-year-old beauty, known as Jordan, told a friend, “He said ‘How about a b***j**’. I was horrified and burst into tears. Now every time I see his face on TV I shudder. It brings back such horrible memories.”
A pal added, “He had been leering at her all night. She was disgusted. He just came straight out with it and asked for oral sex. He was obviously a man used to getting his own way.”
Katie, whose divorce to singer Peter Andre will be finalized in four weeks, has revealed she voluntarily went to bed with her attacker, who turned “very dark” and violent when she didn’t want to have sex.
The source explained, “She said she had gone to bed with the bloke and then things turned very, very dark. She said, ‘No’, and that she didn’t want to continue. She told me, ‘He just wouldn’t take no for answer’. She didn’t want to go to the police because she didn’t want to have to go through it all with strangers.”
Avril Lavigne Asking for Divorce

Whispers about a possible split have just grown louder. It’s now being reported that divorce papers will be filed shortly for Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley.
Avril is said to have asked Deryck, whom she wed three years ago, to move out of their Los Angeles mansion after calling time on their relationship. “She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on,” a source told Us Weekly magazine.
The Sum 41 rocker is apparently “crushed” by his wife’s decision and was hoping to work through their problems.
Avril, 24, is so determined to distance herself from the relationship that she has decided to ditch tracks she worked on with Deryck from her upcoming album. “She is going to do new songs that don’t have his mark on them. She wants no trace of him,” a friend told the magazine.
The couple’s marriage has reportedly been in trouble for months now, with Avril often seen partying with friends without her husband. In June, Deryck went to the Los Angeles premiere of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen alone while Avril spent a week holidaying in Saint-Tropez with pals.
Deryck, 29, was also not present when Avril showed her new clothing collection at New York Fashion Week on Monday. Whibley’s representative did not comment on the report, while Lavigne’s could not be reached.
