Victoria Beckham has bought a supermarket. The fashion designer has purchased a Spar convenience store in Battersea, which is within walking distance of her offices in south west London, because she needs more space to house the ever expanding workforce of her fashion empire.
"Victoria's range is going from strength to strength, and expanding at a phenomenal rate. Quite simply, she desperately needs more space. She's been looking at disused warehouses and shops for some time and heard the Spar newsagent around the corner had come on the market. Whilst it's not the most glamorous of operating spaces, it is functional and, once renovated, will provide a perfect base. Obviously she hasn't bought it as her inaugural flagship store but she will be using it primarily as extra work space for her rapidly growing team," a source said.
While the brunette beauty - who has kids Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, eight, and 20-month-old Harper with soccer star husband David Beckham - is worth millions, the 38-year-old star is said to have negotiated a "great deal" on the building. "Victoria is a canny businesswoman and has negotiated a great deal for herself," the source added.

L’Wren Scott Hates Her ‘Girlfriend’ Title
L'Wren Scott hates being referred to as simply Mick Jagger's girlfriend.
The London-based fashion designer, 46, says it is important for her to been recognised for her own talent despite admitting that the Rolling Stones rocker is her latest muse:
"I don't court that life. I'd rather be a worker bee. I'm a fashion designer. I don't want to be defined as someone's girlfriend. You always wonder if people will pay attention to the hard work that goes into what you do. And when you're taking on something on your own, it's your company, your investment - your life."
The former model designed all of her 69-year-old boyfriend's outfits for the Rolling Stones' 50th anniversary tour and she revealed it involved a huge amount of work because his top priority is to be "comfy." She added, "It was great to do the tour. It was a big budget. The wardrobe was like a collection in itself."

Selma Blair Splits from Boyfriend

The Anger Management actress and fashion designer Jason Bleick - who have a 14-month-old son Arthur together - allegedly parted ways recently because they couldn't stop fighting. "They were fighting non-stop," a source said.
Selma and Arthur have now moved into a temporary apartment in Los Angeles' Venice Beach. However, the break-up is said to be amicable with the pair staying close for the sake of their son. "Jason spent some quality time with Arthur recently. He met Selma at a restaurant, then took Arthur for a walk on the beach," a source said recently.
Selma recently revealed she was offered a reality TV show, something she turned down: "You have to do it all to make a living, unless you are Cate Blanchett. You have to write five books and come out with a line of socks. I got approached to do a reality show now so long ago. I decided I'm too much reality for anyone. I don't have the gaggle of goofy friends, and you have to do a lot of branding."

The 42-year-old banker - the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy - has been dating the 25-year-old fashion designer for around five months and now he has bought a New York townhouse so they can spend some quality time together.
According to the New York Post newspaper, Olivier and Mary-Kate fell in love with the 146-year-old property because they "like that it is old." The 4,200-square-foot, five-story home was designed by architect James Renwick Jr., and comes with nine fireplaces, a Juliet balcony in front and a large rear garden.
It isn't known how much renovation they plan to do, although the plumbing and kitchen need to be completely updated.

Mary-Kate Olsen ‘Moving In’ With Olivier

The fashion designer has been dating Olivier - the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy - for around four months and now the couple are set to spend a lot more time together. Olivier, 42, is buying a townhouse in New York and although they won't officially be living together, 25-year-old Mary-Kate will be there most of the time.
"They are really, really happy. And Olivier is buying a townhouse below 14th Street, to be with Mary-Kate. We are told they're not officially moving in together - they both think it's too early for that. But he's telling friends that Mary-Kate is the best thing that has happened to him in a long time," a source told The New York Post.
Mary-Kate previously dated artist Nate Lowman for over two years before splitting in 2010, while Olivier romanced actress Stella Schnabel for a year before their break-up in March. Olivier was previously married to wife Charlotte and they have two children together. Charlotte has since called the coupling "grotesque" and "not right."

Victoria Beckham tries not to think about how famous she is.
The Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer and her husband David Beckham are one of the most photographed couples in the world, but Victoria admitted interest in her personal life makes her uncomfortable: "I think I'd be freaked out if I thought about that too much. Honestly I wake up every morning and pinch myself. I appreciate how lucky I am. I don't take anything for granted. I have an amazing family and a job I love. It's all so incredible."
Although she has reached worldwide fame through first her music career and now her own fashion label, Victoria has no plans to slow down and is instead considering new areas to branch out in. "[I might design] shoes next. Or something surprising in technology perhaps. All I know right now, is that I'm enjoying the journey."
Victoria says she never set out to be a huge business brand and just designed clothes because she enjoyed it: "I didn't set out to create a big brand or business. I just set out to design, to have a creative outlet. It's what I like to do. I love fashion. It's my hobby that's turned into a successful business. Of course I have to work hard at it. I'm up early and most of the night as well."
Alec Baldwin’s ‘Beautiful’ Wedding

The actor's brother Stephen Baldwin had a great day at the nuptials between the pair in New York last month, and he claims he could not be happier for his sibling: "The wedding was fantastic. It was incredible, beautiful, went off without a hitch. Hilaria was gorgeous, Alec was over the moon. I can't be more happy for him, he looks great and he's in love and I wish him all the best."
Stephen also believes his brother's new slim physique may be down to the fact his wife is a yoga teacher. "His new wife is a yoga instructor, so obviously you're seeing Alec look so well as a result of the downward dog, so to speak," he joked.
Meanwhile, Hilaria's wedding dress designer Amsale Aberra has confirmed she was "very easy going" during the creation of the gown: "She is really down-to-earth and having that simplicity was important to her. It's not about saying, 'Make me something nobody has seen! Make me an outrageous dress!' She is a very easy-going person, and it did fit her personality."

The "Firework" hitmaker admits her outrageous outfit choices reflect her moods at the time and says that is why her creations are sometimes bizarre because she feels a mixture of emotions.
"My sense of style is like one of those things that change color with mood, always evolving. When I get up, I choose my outfit depending on my state of mind. If it is a 'mixture of many things' it is because I feel many different emotions at the same time, to the point where you feel you almost have a split personality. Basically, in the past, my preferences were always directed towards styles that were daring; the flashier, shinier and imposing the dress the better, this is the reason why I still love the work of Jean Charles de Castelbajac and Jeremy Scott."
David and Victoria Beckham to Renew Their Vows?

David and Victoria Beckham will renew their wedding vows next month.
The couple - who have children Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, nine, Cruz, seven, and 11-month-old Harper - are said to be planning a special ceremony to take place on their 13th anniversary, July 4, and have invited family and friends to join them at their summer residence for the celebration.
"Last time they renewed their vows Cruz was still a baby and David pretty much did everything. But this time Victoria is planning a lavish vow-renewal at their usual rented summer Malibu pad around 4 July. She's been telling all their families and close showbiz friends in LA, including Eva Longoria, who is Harper's godmother and Kate Beckinsale, to keep the weekend free. She wants to make it extra-special for David. She's so excited," a source said.
Victoria has planned events over the entire Independence Day weekend in order to celebrate their 13-year union.

Joel Madden Wants to Move to Australia

Joel Madden and Nicole Richie are to emigrate to Australia.
The Good Charlotte is currently Down Under with his wife and their two children, Harlow, four, and two-year-old Sparrow, while he films the Australian version of The Voice and he is so taken with the country, he wants to make the move permanent.
"It's like home away from home. I would love citizenship, I've always talked about it. It's my favorite country in the world. We love it here, our kids love it here. Also, people are kind of getting used to us being here which is cool because it's a little bit more like a neighbor," he said.
The couple are said to have been looking at schools in the Sydney area to send Harlow and Sparrow to if they do decide to move. Fashion designer Nicole recently said she had fallen in love with Australia and wanted to spend more time in Sydney: "We're going to be out here for a while, both of us love it. Sydney is my favorite city, we're definitely going to be looking to spend more time here, what's not to love!"
