Hulk Hogan Reveals Suicidal Thoughts in New Book

Hulk Hogan thought about killing himself when his marriage ended.
The legendary wrestler - real name Terry Bollea - got as far as picking up a gun to shoot himself when wife Linda Bollea filed for divorce after nearly 24 years together, following claims he had had an affair in 2007.
In his autobiography, My Life Outside the Ring, Hulk wrote: “There were times when I thought that a whole bottle of pills would go down easy. Then I noticed the gun in my hand. I was careless with it… I kept my finger pressed right to that trigger… and if I moved that finger an inch in the right direction I would have blown my brains out.”

Nick Bollea Realizes Jail is Hard

After serving just a mere few hours of his 8-month jail sentence, Nick Bollea (a.k.a. Nick Hogan) realized that incarceration was not entirely what he had expected. Apparently Hulk Hogan‘s son didn’t think felony reckless driving was that serious a matter.
In this just released transcript, we learn how a tearful Nick dealt with his first day in the clink:
Nick Bollea: “Had I known this, I would have rather gone to trial or I would rather, you know, appeal the case or something. I can’t deal with this for eight months. It’s (Bollea’s cell) like the size of my bathroom.”
Linda Bollea (Linda Hogan): “Oh!”
Nick: “No windows or nothing. Just one little top bed thing.”
Linda: “Oh my God!”
Nick: “All you do is sit there and think, and there’s nothing to think about.”

UPDATE: Hulk Hogan’s Son Sentenced to Jail

After injuring his friend in a car crash last year, Nick Bollea pleaded no contest today to felony reckless driving. The 17-year-old was then ordered to serve 8 months in jail. That sentence nearly equals the amount of time since the crash.
At the time of the incident, witnesses reported seeing Bollea drag racing against a friend. His speeds were apparently in the neighborhood of 100 miles per hour. Although Nick was quickly discharged from the hospital, the other occupant of his car was initially listed in critical condition. That friend, John Graziano, will now require lifetime medical care.
Nick’s father, wrestler Hulk Hogan, spoke on behalf of his son - and his injured friend - to the sentencing judge. (You can see that video after the jump.) After speaking about his personal relationship with Graziano, Hulk said his son should not be given any preferential treatment. He also said Bollea should not become a convicted felon. He hoped the judge not to give up on his son.

Hulk Hogan’s Uncomfortable Moment with Daughter Brooke

If you were one of the people who felt slightly uncomfortable about Miley Cyrus’ photo with her dad, this won’t make you feel any better.
This photo is of Hulk Hogan rubbing lotion on his 19-year-old daughter yesterday.
Not only am I weirded out, I’m confused. I thought Brooke Hogan was still pissed off at daddy for sleeping around with one of her best friends? I guess there’s nothing like a hug - or a rub down - to make things all better.
Hulk Hogan’s Sleazy Affair

I have to admit, I really know nothing about Brooke Hogan. (I mean aside from the fact that she’s a joke of a singer and - fashionably speaking - the white version of Bai Ling.) Up until today, I’ve remained completely indifferent toward her.
But now? I actually feel a bit sorry for her.
It was probably tough enough for the girl to see her parents - Hulk and Linda Hogan - go through a divorce. Now comes news of the most heinous kind: Her dad was sleeping with one her best friends.
Granted, this friend wasn’t exactly Brooke’s age (which would have made it all kinds of wrong), but that doesn’t lessen the ick factor. According to the National Enquirer, the woman in question (33-year-old Christiane Plante) was someone who apparently worked with the aspiring musician on her last album.
