Jake Gyllenhaal met his new girlfriend in the gym.
The End of Watch actor - who previously dated Reese Witherspoon, Kirsten Dunst, Minka Kelly and Taylor Swift - has been romancing Sports Illustrated model Emily DiDonato since early 2013 after meeting her at popular celebrity spin studio SoulCycle in New York.
A source close to the 32-year-old actor told USMagazine.com that he has been dating the 22-year-old beauty for "a month or two" after they struck up a friendship following a spinning class together last autumn. The insider revealed Jake is a huge fan of the classes and thinks they are a great way to meet women, saying, "He'll hop on the instructor bike. He loves the attention from the girls!"

Taylor Swift doesn't have a specific type.
The 23-year-old singer has dated a host of celebrities including Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas, Harry Styles and John Mayer but Taylor says she doesn't know what attracts her to certain men. "I don't really think too hard about what people think or why you should like someone. I think in 20s we're just like, 'Oh, I'll try hanging out with him' or 'I'll try being single.' You're kind of all over the place. We're crazy. We're in our 20s," she said.
Taylor also revealed she wrote the song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" - which is widely believed to be about her relationship with End of Watch star Jake - to remind herself not to take him back. "Once a relationship's done, it's done. I think that ["We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together"] kinda says it. Maybe I wrote that song so I would never get back in that relationship. Because once you write that about it, there's no way you're getting back together," she explained.

Jake Gyllenhaal loves being an uncle.
The actor is besotted with sister Maggie Gyllenhaal's two daughters, Ramona, six, and three-month-old Gloria, and describes the girls as "extraordinary."
"They are the best thing that happened to my family probably ever," he added.
Jake, 31, admits he can see similarities between Ramona and Gloria and him and 34-year-old Maggie when they were growing up: "It's a similar dynamic between me and my sister to this day. I think we are each other's toughest critics, but we also, I think, love each other's work more than anyone else. Even at this age, my older niece will come up to her [sister] and joke to her, and she'll laugh and then she'll run away and she starts to cry."

Jake Gyllenhaal has been on a string of dates with Minka Kelly.
The 31-year-old actor - who initially pursued the Friday Night Lights star late last year - persuaded the actress to go out with him after she split from Wilmer Valderrama even though she initially wasn't interested in him.
"Minka wasn't into Jake when he first pursued her. [After she split from Wilmer] she decided to give Jake another chance," a source said. However, despite going out numerous times, the relationship failed to develop. "It was never serious, and it's over now," the source added.
It was previously claimed that Minka turned down Jake's advances last year because she was "trying to patch things up" with Derek Jeter, after they split in August after three years together.

Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal: It’s Already Over

Taylor Swift might need one of her (ideal) prom dates to escort her to the next cafe.
Although they held hands and bought numerous cups of coffee around the Thanksgiving break, Swift saw her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal fizzle out by New Year's Eve.
The twosome -- last seen publicly together back in early December -- rang in 2011 from different cities. The 21-year-old singer spent the evening in Nashville while the 30-year-old actor was in New York City.

Could Taylor Swift be on the road to penning a song called "Dear Jake"? Has Jake Gyllenhaal found a blonde to get him past Reese Witherspoon?
Although it's not yet known whether Taylor and Jake are officially dating, the two are most definitely friends. The 20-year-old singer and the 29-year-old actor were spotted spending parts of their weekends together in New York City.
On Saturday night, Swift and Gyllenhaal both took in a taping of Saturday Night Live. "They walked around together backstage, but they were careful not to be seen too close," a source told People. "It was hard to tell if they were together, but everyone was shocked that she brought him."
The following day, the two were seen brunching in the Brooklyn area. Although no touching can be seen in the pictures Perez Hilton posted, Life & Style claims they held hands during a stroll.
Neither star's rep would comment on the relationship.
