Jessica Simpson’s Parents Officially Divorced

Jessica Simpson's parents Tina and JoeJessica Simpson's parents are officially divorced.

Tina Simpson - who also has daughter Ashlee Simpson with her former husband Joe - filed for divorce in September 2012 after 35 years of marriage and the union has now been dissolved, according to TMZ. While details of the settlement have not been made public, it was recently claimed Tina, 53, was so sick of fighting with Joe that she was willing to willing to give into his demands for an equal split of everything under the family name, including the multi-million dollar clothing line she manages for Jessica.

"An offer of a 50 percent split of everything under the Simpson name has been offered to Joe. That includes the coveted Jessica Simpson Collection, which Joe desperately wanted because that's the real cash cow. Even though he has nothing to do with the fashion label, Tina just wants an end to the saga and if that means giving Joe what he wants, so be it," a source said.

Jessica Simpson: I’m Having a Baby Boy

Jessica SimpsonJessica Simpson has accidentally confirmed she is having a baby boy.

The 32-year-old beauty - who has a 10-month-old daughter Maxwell and is pregnant with her second child with fiance Eric Johnson - wanted to keep the sex of her little one a secret but while talking about how she was been suffering "awful" morning sickness, she accidentally let the information slip.

Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday, she said, "It's a total different pregnancy. I just feel awful. I've been vomiting. I had no idea that a wiener can make me nauseous. Oh shucks! Well I guess told the world that I was having a boy. I just outed that I am having a boy. I can't believe I did that. It was not planned. It was kind of out and about in the press that I was having a boy. I was like 'How do people know these things'?"

The Fashion Star mentor also revealed she has planned her wedding to the retired NFL star a number of times but has to keep postponing the big day because she is always getting pregnant:

Jessica Simpson to Name Her New Baby Ace?

Jessica SimpsonJessica Simpson reportedly plans to call her baby Ace. The Fashion Star mentor and her fiance Eric Johnson - who are already parents to nine-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew - are said to have told friends what they are going to call their impending new arrival, but haven't explained the inspiration behind the name.

"She's told people she's going to name the baby Ace!" a source said.

While the 32-year-old blonde is pregnant with her second child, she is still very focused on Maxwell and is astonished at some of the things she has mastered at such a young age. "Maxwell can whistle on cue at 9 months! Heck I'm still learning! This lil human impresses me everyday. (sic)" she wrote on Twitter.

Though Jessica and Eric, 33, haven't confirmed the reports of the baby's name, insiders correctly predicted their daughter's moniker some time before she was born.

The singer-and-actress's mother Tina and father Joe separated last September after 35 years of marriage, and the showbiz patriarch is said to be keen to move their case from Texas to Los Angeles as he believes the no-fault state will look upon his indiscretions - such as being found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI) - more favorably and give him a better financial outcome.

Although Tina has already offered Joe $100 million of her $300 million fortune, her estranged husband - who manages both Jessica and his other daughter Ashlee Simpson - still wants more, including a bigger share of the profits gained from Jessica's clothing line The Jessica Simpson Collection.

Jessica SimpsonJessica Simpson has been "obsessed" with her weight her entire life.

The Fashion Star mentor - who lost 60 pounds on the diet program following the birth of her first daughter Maxwell seven months ago, before announcing she is pregnant with her second child - admits she was a yo-yo dieter all of her life.

In a newly released Weight Watchers 360 advertisement in which she teams up with the company's other spokesperson Jennifer Hudson, that will hit screens on Thursday, the 32-year-old star says, "I obsessed about my weight my whole life... I was always on some new life-stopping diet." The former size 0 star then claims Weight Watchers, "let's me be me," and says "I amazed myself."

Meanwhile, Dreamgirls star Jennifer admits that the program completely changed her life as well and helped her lose 80 pounds over the past two years. "I was overweight my whole life. I figured I was just born that way," the 31 year-old singer says.

Jessica Simpson Pregnant Again

The Fashion Star mentor and fiance Eric Johnson are set to have their second baby together just seven months after Jessica gave birth to their daughter, Maxwell Drew Johnson, on May 1.

"It definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again," a source said.

Jessica, 32, has previously said of her daughter: "Motherhood is a dream, it really is absolutely amazing." The former singer has been engaged to NFL player Eric, 33, for two years, and it was rumored they had been planning to tie the knot in Italy next year.

Shortly after giving birth, Jessica was named the face of slimming brand Weight Watchers, and had been working hard with trainer Hayley Pasternak to lose some of the 60lbs she gained during her first pregnancy.

"I think anybody who's gone through a pregnancy, after they have the baby, it's like, 'I need to do something about this. For me, I really want to do something that is a lifestyle, because in the past, I've been known to yo-yo diet," said Jessica, who is engaged to Eric Johnson.

The 31-year-old beauty also insisted she hasn't set herself a target amount of weight to lose, but will measure her progress according to her shape. "There's not a goal weight - I just want to feel normal and fixate on inches. I really want to set small goals, so I'm constantly reaching goals and not looking at something so far ahead," she added.

Jessica Simpson to Marry this December

Jessica Simpson and Eric JohnsonJessica Simpson is set to marry fiance Eric Johnson this December.

The singer-and-actress - who gave birth to the couple's first daughter, Maxwell Drew, on May 1 - will tie the knot with the former NFL star on the Hawaiian island of Kauai on December 12.

"Jessica and Eric are eyeing the Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends," a source told Life & Style.

As well as planning the nuptials, Jessica is also organizing Maxwell's baptism and is said to have hired celebrity party planner Mindy Weiss for both bashes. "Jessica is busy planning two very important events - Maxwell's baptism and her wedding to Eric," the source added.

Jessica and Eric - who began dating in 2010 - had planned to get married last November but had to postpone the nuptials after discovering they were expecting Maxwell.
