Jon Gosselin Says Everyone Will Be at Christmas Dinner

Jon Gosselin and half of his clanReality TV’s favorite, loving father Jon Gosselin took some time out to actually talk about upcoming holiday plans.

While he claims that he’ll only spend half of Thanksgiving with the kids, Christmas is another story: “Christmas Eve and Christmas day are joint-shared custody days, which means we’re both in the house. So we’ll be there.” What a field day for the media! Imagine if they had a veritable inside man to infiltrate… Oh wait, they have a reality show! Let’s hope that TLC manages to ink some kind of deal with Jon for this special occasion.

He also lamented about his lack of gift wrapping skills: “Oh my goodness, doesn’t your back hurt so much? And why do we sit on the floor and reach over, you can never reach the end of the wrapping paper, you need monkey arms, it’s annoying. Nothing ever matches up.”

No wonder Kate was angry at him all the time—imagine wrapping presents for eight kids all by yourself? Yeah, my thoughts exactly.

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, you’ve got to give it to them—Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag will most likely have one of the best Halloween costumes this year, dressing up as Jon and Kate Gosselin.

Complete with a handful of baby dolls, Spencer and Heidi are perfect as the troubled couple. It really shouldn’t come as any surprise, though—with all of the media attention the TLC reality stars get, Speidi was quick to soak it all up as they donned the costumes.

Check back soon, as I’m sure more interesting celebrity costumes will appear—rumor has it that Project Runway graduate Christian Siriano is going to be a Disney princess!

Kate Gosselin Wins Round 1

Kate GosselinEverything that’s been going on thus far was merely a warm-up to the real Jon and Kate Gosselin war, which got underway this week in court. So far, Kate’s ahead thanks to a ruling made by Judge Arthur R. Tilson.

For now, Jon Gosselin has been ordered to return $180,000 of the $235,000 he’s withdrawn from the joint bank account. According to lawyer Mark Momjian, Jon has to pony up the dough by October 26. “As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children,” said Kate.

Let’s just pause for a second and really think about the staggering sum of $235,000, an amount which many Americans don’t earn even two years’ of work. As a matter of fact, the average firefighter/EMT annually in 2003…and they save lives.

Jon and Kate, Minus Lots of Money

has filed papers against Jon…again. This time, the spiky-haired mom of eight says that her ex withdrew $230,000 from their joint bank account.

Jon says this is not true. “I’ve never taken any money out because over ten years, Kate handled all the banking,” he told The Insider. “I have withdrawn roughly $177,000 over the course of a year, which is less than 10 percent of what we made. That’s like my paycheck.”

Gosselin went on to add more to the story, however. “She’s hiding money,” he accused in the interview. “We have eleven bank accounts. This was just our joint account. She has a best-selling book. Where’s that million dollars?”

This divorce is just getting uglier all the time.

I believe “this thing” refers to his recent fallout with TLC, the cable network that made he and estranged wife Kate reality celebrities. Jon Gosselin went apes**t, if you’ll pardon the expression, when Jon and Kate became Kate Plus 8, signifying the new direction of the show. He on his property forbidding the camera crews to do their job and made incendiary remarks through his legal representative, igniting a media firestorm that’s been watched anxiously.

“I’ve been the sacrificial lamb in this situation,” Hailey Glassman, 22, said in a recent interview. She’s been dating , estranged husband to Kate, and as such she’s been near the center of a brutal media storm. “Before all this, I was happy-go-lucky.”

“I have lost my happiness through this all.” Glassman is the daughter to a plastic surgeon, who just happens to be the guy who did ’s tummy tuck. According to various interviews, Jon was staying at the good doctor’s home during his marital troubles and Hailey was home for the summer. The hookup ensued - but, Glassman says, after the couple had split up.
