Louis Tomlinson feels sorry for Justin Bieber. The One Direction star thinks the 19-year-old Canadian popstar - who caused controversy earlier this week when he arrived on stage for the first of his London shows two hours late and in a separate incident threatened a photographer - has been unfairly treated by the media recently and wishes they would "take it easy" on him despite admitting he is not close to the "Beauty and a Beat" singer.
The 21-year-old British boy band member wrote on his Twitter page on Friday, "Although I don't know him personally, I do wish the press would take it easy on @justinbieber." He then added, "I really do empathize with him, I don't see anything out of character in comparison to any other teenagers I know."

Taylor Swift is planning to take Harry Styles out on a yacht on the French Riviera this weekend.
The 23-year-old singer wants to have some "private romantic time" with the 18-year-old star ahead of his 19th birthday next Friday as part of the first steps of the pair getting back together following their split earlier this month.
Taylor and Harry are expected to seal their reunion at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes this Sunday - where One Direction are nominated for International Group of the Year - and a source revealed the blonde beauty wants "no expense to be spared" when she whisks Harry away. "The lads are planning to hang out together enjoying Cannes - and they also want to get to Paris. But Taylor is desperately trying to make arrangements for her and Harry to slip away and have private romantic time. She has got a boat on standby ready for them to sneak off. Taylor thought a boat would be the perfect getaway as photographers can't follow them," an insider said.

Taylor Swift and Harry Styles are getting back together.
The former couple - who split earlier this month following an argument during their new year holiday in the Caribbean - have patched up their differences following showdown talks in London, and they will reportedly seal their reunion at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France, this weekend.
"Taylor realized she was being a bit full-on. She is now more relaxed about their relationship. She intends to enjoy it more rather than worry about where it could eventually lead. Harry is not the sort of guy you can stay mad at for long. She's given him some space and it's done them both a world of good. What happened over New Year is now a distant memory," a source told The Sun.
Harry, 18, is said to be planning a number of romantic gestures for the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" hitmaker in Cannes, where they will stay in the same hotel.

Harry Styles' One Direction bandmates are worried about his romance with Taylor Swift. Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik think Harry, 18, is rushing into a relationship with Taylor, 22, too quickly and are also fearful she will write a damaging song about him if it ends badly.
"Harry's public romancing of Taylor has got the other lads all riled up. With Taylor's reputation for writing break-up songs about her exes, they think Harry could find himself in a spot of bother if it doesn't work out and his actions are setting them all up for a fall. They also think it is moving too quickly and both have busy schedules, so it's a difficult time for either one of them to commit," a source said.
The "What Makes You Beautiful" singers are also worried Harry's relationship could affect their fan base as he is known as the heartthrob of the group. "Harry's especially loved by the band's female fans and there is a feeling that by being so open about his relationship with Taylor he will only upset them. The boys are praying that when it does come down to it, he ends things amicably with her. Otherwise, they fear there will be hell to pay," the insider added.

Taylor Swift and Harry Styles enjoyed a romantic date in New York's Central Park yesterday. The lovebirds were spotted out in public together for the first time as they casually strolled through the park with some friends, stopping to watch the sea lions at the zoo.
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer and the One Direction heartthrob appeared deep in conversation as they joined two older friends and their baby, which country starlet Taylor held on her lap and doted upon.
Fans of the boy band had been following Harry around the city and took to Twitter in disbelief to share photos of the new couple, with one writing: ''Just saw Taylor Swift. Holy c**p!"
The 18-year-old pop idol has invited Taylor - who split with high school senior Conor Kennedy in October - to watch the band perform the biggest gig of their career at New York's iconic Madison Square Garden tonight, and the 22-year-old singer flew straight out to join him after performing at KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

Justin Bieber says One Direction copied his hairstyle.
The "Boyfriend" singer claims he went for a shorter style after he noticed everyone - including the "What Makes You Beautiful" hitmakers' Liam Payne - had the same style as him.
"It was more like - everyone's got my hair now and I need to change it up a little bit! Once I had my hair, I felt everybody else started to do the same thing, so I decided to change it." Pointing at a picture of Liam, he said, "I mean, does that look a little familiar? Just a touch!"
Despite Liam copying his hair, Justin is thrilled to be working with the group - which also includes Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik - on their eagerly awaited second album: "The One Direction guys are great. We have a lot of fun whenever we hang out. They came over my house and we were just chilling out around the pool and listening to music. We were talking about me collaborating with them on a song on their next album. It's gonna be great."

Apparently the pop stars most recently decided to end their relationship last week, but have since rekindled and are giving their relationship another try. A source told website TMZ.com that 18-year-old Justin and 19-year-old Selena's current situation is tenuous and stated that they are not a "solid" couple.
The two have been dating for around a year and a half and while Disney actress Selena has maintained her squeaky clean image, Justin has been faced with some controversy recently.
Recent reports claimed that Justin may have to face jail if convicted on criminal charges for an altercation with a photographer. Justin recently said he thinks he could take One Direction in a fight. Although the "Boyfriend" hitmaker knows he couldn't beat the boy band if they all attacked him as a group, he is confident he could hold his own individually against Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. "I'd get my ass kicked (against all of them). But one-on-one I'd take them. I'd try a spin-kick. To the face," he is quoted as saying.
