Megan Fox Gets Hand Double for Super Bowl Commercial

Although was seen reclining in a bubble bath in her new Super Bowl ad, a hand double was used for close-up shots of her playing with Motorola’s new Blur smart phone.

The model was brought in because Megan has a genetic condition called brachydactyly, which means she has clubbed thumbs. (You can see some pictures of her hands here.)

Deadliest Catch Captain Awakes from Coma

Reality star Phil Harris is showing signs of improvement just days after he was put in a medically-induced coma.

The personality - and longtime captain of the Seattle-based F/V Cornelia Marie - suffered a stroke on Friday while off-loading the vessel. He was then airlifted to an Anchorage hospital where his sons (and deckhands) Josh and Jake have been with him.

While helping Gibson to promote his new movie, a Chicago-entertainment reporter got a taste of the actor’s edge of darkness. Although things were pretty tense for WGN’s Dean Richards during the chat, the situation got 10x more awkward after it was done.

According to Pauly D’s MTV bio, the 28-year-old “orders gel by the case and does his hair twice a day—once in the morning and once before hitting the town.”

But if you thought the star spent hours doing his hair, you’d be wrong. “Rhode Island’s most well known DJ” claims he can achieve his patented look in only 25 minutes. That includes Step One (The Blow Out), Step Two (Product) and Step Three (The Spray). Impressive.

Of course—we don’t know how it actually takes for him to get the junk out of his hair….

Actress Brittany Murphy Dies at Age 32

Brittany MurphyUPDATE: A coroner’s official says Murphy may have died of natural causes.

Actress , best known for her work on 1995’s Clueless, was pronounced dead today in Los Angeles. She was only 32.

According to reports, Murphy was discovered unconscious by her mother in her shower. A call from the home of Simon Monjack, Brittany’s husband of 2 1/2 years, was made around 8:00 AM.

Paramedics attempted to revive the 8 Mile star who had apparently gone into cardiac arrest. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead on arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Although Brittany has not starred in any big screen hit in some time, she had been the subject of recent tabloid talk. In late November, Murphy was replaced on a film being shot in Puerto Rico. It was rumored that that Brittany and Simon’s questionable behavior - including possible drug use - was behind her dismissal. This recast lead to an SNL skit on December 5. Choreographer Shane Sparks Charged with Child Molestation

, a choreographer best known for his work on So You Think You Dance and his critiques on America’s Best Dance Crew, was arrested earlier today at his California home.

According to the L.A. County District Attorney’s office, the hip hop dance instructor - real name Melvin Sparks - is being accused of child molestation. The incidents, which occurred with one person in their early teens, occurred between 1994-1997. It’s not clear why the events are now coming to light.

Workers carried ladders into the home, possibly to repair damage that resulted from the reported altercation between Nordegren and Woods on the night of his accident.
